Looking very much like this may be the last day in the box for the chicks.
Cameras trained on the entrance hole from outside too but only 1 live stream at a time possible on YouTube as far as I can tell.

I wil stop and start the live stream from time to time so that it is viewable in sensible lengthen chunks if for any reason you want to go back and look at something again. I will post some videos of what happened overnight later if I get the chance.
YouTube now working properly (though not as high definition as I would like).
It’s here:

Not working properly on YouTube and I haven’t got time to work out why.
No live stream for the time being. Sorry!
For those of you who have noticed this has been missing – here’s a better way of viewing it. It should work on almost all devices now.

Life has been rather hectic, so videos collected in the last few days are sitting unused.
6 eggs have been laid and the blue-tit (named Lilly by my niece Sophie) has been sitting on them most of the time since. We would expect to see hatching from the middle to the end of next week – possibly at the weekend.
We have seen the male around and occasionally he comes into the box. Courtship feeding is taking place and they are seen out of the box together when she is out feeding.
Yesterday I had a few minutes to have a look at improving the camera set up and took some HD video. You can get a sense for how deep the nest is when she turns upside down and inspects/moves around her eggs.
I have taken the live stream down so that I can get better quality video in the short term – before too long, time permitting, I am hoping to be able to stream HD to the internet and record it too soon and later in the year build a new box which will allow HD and colour.
